Maurizio Anzeri’s art is a different approach on surrealism, an unusual trip from the past to the future. Handstitching on vintage found photographs, Maurizio uses embroidery to create unworldly, abstract masks on unknown faces, making or reshaping their personal stories. His iconic work also includes a wide collection of hair sculptures that have already received excellent reviews, great fashion collaborations with Alexander McQueen, Isabella Blow, and Dazed & Confused magazine and many important participations at exhibitions in Britain, France and Italy.
